I was responsible of the full load calibration, smoke limitation, torque accuracy, engine derates, driver filters, Anti-shuffle, Anti-Jerk and Pedal Map. I worked and supported the calibration tasks on engine testbeds, HiL, ViL, and vehicles.As a Function Lead, I managed the calibration content on CRETA and I had to develop the technical issue investigation and tools so as to maximise efficiency and robustness. I undertook reviews with calibration and lead engineers to ensure the best practice is being applied across projects.

Powertrain Engineer (Light-Duty Vehicle)Applus+ Idiada Mar 2016 - Aug 2018Santa OlivaWork performed in the engine laboratory, managing the engine test bed activities and customer reporting. During this time, I have been taking part in performance and durability tests; vehicle and road simulation in test bed for Real Driving Emissions projects, and energy balance tests. Also, I have developed an IDIADA in-house software for calculating the combustion noise and performing the combustion analysis by using the in-cylinder pressure signal, where I was the technical lead of this project. The engine activities were performed with PUMA OPEN 1.5.3, ETAS INCA 7.2 and HORIBA MEXA–ONE. AVL ISAC 400 was used for vehicle, driver and road simulations. The combustion noise tool was developed in Matlab and MS Visual Basic. CONCERTO, DIADem and ETAS MDA were used for customer reporting. -
