WHAT I DO: I partner with large financial services firms, generally in wealth management, to improve their application architecture and achieve their goals for Digital Transformation, IT Management, Cybersecurity, and Analytics.HOW I DO IT: I am a digital director with PwC with eighteen years of IT consulting and executive leadership. Most of my work is cyber remediation for existing apps, but I also build new apps and environments for secure apps. WHO I WORK WITH: Executive and Managing Directors of IT/IT Security for large financial services companies.WHY IT WORKS: As technology, client expectations, and security threats constantly evolve, my focus stays locked into creating solutions with three key features: they keep apps secure, improve client experience, and increase efficiency. I take a collaborative role with clients to help them understand the options that will address their issues and develop the vision of what they want to accomplish. Then I bring the resources together and manage projects to get them done on time and on budget. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: With a background in computer science and economics, and an MBA in accounting and finance, I develop IT strategy and solutions that are practical and cost effective. They’re not the fanciest options, but their simplicity means that they’ll get done. I’m also incorporating analytics, robotics, and other new technology to solve client problems, unlike some industry peers who are still building the same solutions as five years ago.WANT TO TALK?
