During office hours, I work on making game-day programs using InDesign, writing press releases, updating website information and many other sports information related tasks. I also assist during events. During football season, I passed out media materials, filled up the drink cooler, ran stats to TV and radio booths, served as a mic holder during press conferences and transcribed quotes. During basketball season, I set up the media eating room, the media work room and court areas for the media. I was also in charge of making sure the family room received food. After the game, I served as a mic holder during Coach Gottfried's press conference and transcribed his quotes afterwards. I also helped gather our supplies until the next game. State sports, I have also helped with media relations duties at the ACC Women's Soccer Championships and the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament -- Raleigh Regional.
