My work spans men’s coaching services, corporate workshops, public speaking, and facilitated learning experiences. Coaching:I work with thoughtful, spiritually open men navigating midlife. Through group and individual coaching, I help my clients achieve greater relational depth, satisfaction, and clarity around deeper questions of meaning and purpose. Many sense an internal call—akin to a "check engine" light—yet struggle to articulate or act on this urge. They yearn for deeper connections and impactful relationships, while feeling the weight of self-doubt and confusion. My goal is to guide them toward becoming the person the key people in their lives need them to be—grounded, purposeful, and a force for good.Corporate Workshops:I also deliver workshops that help corporate professionals, teams, and leaders become better public speakers. I believe public speaking is not just a professional skill but a personal development journey. Learning to empathize with and serve your audience builds essential human qualities, like connection and awareness—parallels that resonate deeply with my coaching work. Whether I’m helping men find their voice in life or corporate leaders find their voice in front of an audience, the mission remains the same: foster authenticity, confidence, and greater impact.A UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE:I draw from diverse experiences—a master’s degree in counseling psychology, an undergrad in mechanical engineering, an MBA, and two decades in technical sales. This combination allows me to connect the dots between systems, business, and people, offering a rare blend of pragmatism and possibility.Two profound life experiences—a near-death experience and donating a kidney—have deeply shaped my perspective, helping me to understand and engage with my clients' vulnerabilities, struggles, and aspirations.WHY I DO WHAT I DO:I believe every person and every team exists for a reason.
