During my time as part of the Northrop Grumman Australia RPO team I oversaw end-to-end internal recruitment across multiple business units, with a primary focus on roles within SMS across KC-30A, C-27J, MQ-4C Triton & SPA programs, including AMEs, LAMEs, Engineering, FSRs, and Systems Safety & Quality. I also provided recruitment strategy insight and execution for Integrated Systems such as CEESIM, Sys Admin, Software & Hardware Engineering, Sat Com, and Program Management.In addition, I participated in talent acquisition efforts across Head Office functions, managing roles in Human Resources (HR), Capture Managers and Project Managers. I spearheaded the successful completion of internship and apprenticeship programs, working as the sole recruiter on Early Careers initiatives.I facilitate all internal targeted selection interviews and utilize a data-driven approach for HR reporting to present insights that guide business strategy and decision-making. As a Senior Recruiter for the Cobham Aviation Services internal Talent Acquisition team, I provided leadership and oversight for the recruitment process across various business units including Regional Services, Special Mission, and Corporate. This included sourcing and hiring highly qualified professionals, such as Pilots, Engineers, Cabin-Crew, and other miscellaneous business unit roles, in accordance with the company's requirements.In this capacity, I collaborated closely with the business's hiring managers and HR departments to ensure that the recruitment process was executed seamlessly, resulting in the successful onboarding of approximately 200 new starters to the business. Additionally, I was responsible for providing weekly HR reporting, overseeing internal team onboarding, and temporary management of the Recruitment team.My efforts resulted in record profits for the account and strong stakeholder management, which further cemented the success of the company's recruitment and HR functions.

During my tenure as a Recruitment Business Partner at Civeo, I was entrusted with the responsibility of managing the recruitment process for the West Coast division of the business, which included overseeing 10 large mine sites and approximately 150 open positions at any given time.My role involved managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including HR reporting, conducting site visits, and leading the team through a period of transition following the successful appointment of a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the CIS space.In this capacity, I developed and implemented innovative recruitment strategies, personally conducting interviews and made job offers to over 200 highly qualified professionals.
