As a Network & Deployment Specialist, my role primarily focuses on the creation and implementation of all of Meeting Tomorrow’s client images for our Windows, Apple, and Linux based rentals. Additionally, I act as a client facing and internal technical consultant for speccing our technology, setting correct expectations, and providing escalated technical support to end users. These tasks utilize a variety of technologies and skillsets including (but not limited to):-Mobile Device Management (Meraki, Jamf, Mosyle)-DHCP & TCP/IP Addressing-Powershell/Batch Script Automation-FOG-Linux Server (Ubuntu/Debian)-Apple Configurator-Apple Business Manager -DEP/VPP

As an Apple Certified Mac Technician(ACMT) or "Genius", I provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support to Apple customers in need. I employ analytical problem solving skills to quickly diagnose product issues on the spot, explaining situations with patience and empathy. After determining whether repairs can be done or a replacement is needed, I offer solutions to quickly get users up and running again. I am a balanced multitasker and stay conscious of my customer's time demands as well as my own. I fulfill Apple's service commitment with style, speed, and, skill and offer guidance, knowledge, and training to both customers and coworkers alike.As a Creative and Software Trainer, my main role at the Apple Store is that of instructor, whether guiding small groups to learn or helping individuals complete projects. I put to use my presentation skills to act as a facilitator, helping users get set up, get trained and get going. But I’m also an excellent listener, taking the time to understand what each user hopes to achieve or learn. By adjusting my teaching style to each user’s individual skill level, I maximize his or her understanding and my own time. I spent much of my time leading scheduled training sessions, while still being comfortable interacting with store customers between those sessions.
