The department participates in the development of the corporate identity of the Stations and in the definition and standardization of the development strategy. It defines the types of services of the Stations and the guidelines in the remodeling or construction processes, keeping updated, as a reference, the Station Characterization Manual.MAIN ATTRIBUTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT:- Ensures the operability of the Stations and the functionality of the respective equipment at the service of customers;- Monitors external services providers, namely cleaning, surveillance, utilities, equipment maintenance;- Promotes contracting and manages concession contracts associated with sanitary facilities with access control in Stations;- Proposes the guidelines in the remodeling or construction processes, defining the maintenance intervention programs, managing and developing preliminary programs and supervising the architectural projects;- Analyzes projects and issues binding opinions on studies and projects of real estate sale, concession and sub-concession projects;- Collaborates on the monitoring of the service provided to customers and users, regarding the Stations.MASTER PLANS OF THE HIGH-SPEED STATIONS OF PORTO, GAIA, COIMBRA AND LEIRIA He coordinates the studies to support the Master Plans of the futur stations of Porto-Campanhã, Gaia-Santo Ovídio, Coimbra and Leiria.IP's interlocutor with the respective Municipalities, he supports in the management of the plans, organizes joint technical visits abroad to stations with High-Speed rail service, and participates in events to disseminate and promote the Plans. He develops the design programs of the future stations that will be part of the tender specifications for the PPP.
