Reporting to the General Manager of IP Património, a subsidiary of IP Group, he ensures the technical and operational management of all 474 railway stations, including the associated car parks. The department participates in the development of the corporate identity of the Stations and in the definition and standardization of the development strategy. It defines the types of services of the Stations and the guidelines in the remodeling or construction processes, keeping updated, as a reference, the Station Characterization Manual.MAIN ATTRIBUTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT:- Ensures the operability of the Stations and the functionality of the respective equipment at the service of customers;- Monitors external services providers, namely cleaning, surveillance, utilities, equipment maintenance;- Promotes contracting and manages concession contracts associated with sanitary facilities with access control in Stations;- Proposes the guidelines in the remodeling or construction processes, defining the maintenance intervention programs, managing and developing preliminary programs and supervising the architectural projects;- Analyzes projects and issues binding opinions on studies and projects of real estate sale, concession and sub-concession projects;- Collaborates on the monitoring of the service provided to customers and users, regarding the Stations.MASTER PLANS OF THE HIGH-SPEED STATIONS OF PORTO, GAIA, COIMBRA AND LEIRIA He coordinates the studies to support the Master Plans of the futur stations of Porto-Campanhã, Gaia-Santo Ovídio, Coimbra and Leiria.IP's interlocutor with the respective Municipalities, he supports in the management of the plans, organizes joint technical visits abroad to stations with High-Speed rail service, and participates in events to disseminate and promote the Plans. He develops the design programs of the future stations that will be part of the tender specifications for the PPP.

Reporting to the PMO director, he assumes, in addition to the functions described above, the management of the following high-speed railway projects: - EXPANSION OF THE ORIENTE STATION - Lisbon – 100 M€ Management throughout all stages of the process until the reception of the project that aims to expand the Gare do Oriente and the transition railway viaduct to accommodate 3 new lines for the future high-speed rail service and respective passenger services. The design developed in 2011 by Arq. Santiago Calatrava needs to be updated in accordance WITH new demand and regulations.- LISBON BELT LINE / MODERNIZATION FO THE NORTHEN LINE BETWEEN ROMA-AREEIRO AND SACAVEM – 371 M€Management of the project throughout all phases of the project, starting with the tender procedure for the design until the reception of the project, whose scope includes the insertion of two new high-speed lines besides the two existing ones and a high speed rail technical terminal, the new railway viaducts of Chelas, the remodelling of the stations of Braço de Prata, Moscavide, Marvila and the construction of the new Chelas-Olaias station in interface with the metro.

IP representative on the board of the SMGG – Station Manager Global Group, being the technical group of UIC – Union internacional des chemins de fers, which aims to facilitate the exchange of good practices between actors and experts around the world, prepare management manuals, organize events, launch studies, and standardize interoperability issues. It is an incubator for new station-related projects.

Reporting to the General Manager of the sdplus Group, he took over the management of the company and the coordination of teams responsible for the preparation of studies, projects, construction supervision, and management of projects in the areas of buildings and bridges, road and rail infrastructures, tramway and hydraulic infrastructures. He has coordinated the preparation of fee proposals for clients such as the Office Fédéral des Routes, the CFF-SBB - Swiss Railways, private railway companies, the Canton of Vaud, several municipalities, and real estate developers.He also assumed the direction of important projects, comprising the phases of preliminary study, detailed design, tender procedure, and construction such as:TRAMWAY PP2 – RENENS-GALICIEN - LAUSANNE – 78 M€ New t1 light rail line between Renens-Gare and Galicien, whose project is carried out by Transports Publics Lausannois, including the creation of 4.6km of double rail track and 10 stations for a commercial speed of 18km/h, the rehabilitation of the Cossonay road, the construction of the new Malley viaduct and the railway underpass from August 1st Street to Renens.TOUR-DE-PEILZ TRAIN STATION – 6 M€ Refurbishment of Tour-de-Peilz train station owned by Swiss Railways (CFF-SBB). The work includes the complete reconstruction of the platforms and a new pedestrian underpass. RC01 CANTONAL ROAD, 3RD PHASE: TIR FEDERAL – VENOGE – LAUSANNE – 14 M€ Requalification of the urban section with 2km of the RC1 cantonal road between Tir Fédéral Avenue and the Venoge River, including the adaptation of an intersection with traffic lights, a new roundabout, 6 bus stops with reinforced concrete slabs, the reconstruction of the water and sewage infrastructures and the widening of the bridge over the Venoge River. NSTCM MAINTENANCE PARK AND WORKSHOPS – NYON – 8.3 M€ Construction of maintenance and workshop facilities owned by the Nyon-St. Cergue-Moretz.

Consultant team's manager and member of the executive committee responsible for the project management contract for the new metro lines 15, 16, and 17 of the Grand Paris Express project, providing consulting and expert opinions in areas such as organization, planning, budget and cost control, risk management and government permits. Supervision and coordination of the prime contractors, design consultants and architects hired by the client: SGP - Société du Grand Paris. Lines 15 to 17 of the Grand Paris Express create a 100-kilometre automated subway bypass around Paris including 41 stations and three maintenance sites. Estimated investment of 20 billion €.

Coordination of multiple areas such as design supervision, environmental processes, expropriations, institutional relations with public authorities and utilities companies, applications for EU funds, tendering procedure, construction, and delivery. Main project with an estimated investment of 500 Million € for the implementation of a 6 km high speed railway in Lisbon linking the Lisbon-Madrid and the Lisbon-Oporto axes, the renewal of the layout of the Lisbon´s railway station “Estação do Oriente”, the adaptation of the existing Northern Line Between Braço de Prata and Sacavém and a HSR train maintenance facility and stabling yard. Other projects: new Coimbra, Leiria and Oporto stations.
