- Lead the strategic planning and smooth execution of diverse large-scale running events attracting over 29,000 runners - Excel in strategic resource allocation to manage the respective event’s allocated budget and limited resources, leveraging cost-saving opportunities- Collaborate closely with external partners as well as stakeholders such as vendors and suppliers to ensure alignment with event objectives - Ensure the timely execution of key project timelines and deliverables- Cultivate collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams - Ensure the quality and safety of every aspect of the events based on logistical considerations, from initial planning stages through to the final execution- Conduct comprehensive post-event evaluations to extract valuable insights and optimize future event strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and sustained success- Key event rundown covering 4 different segments – Competitive race, Thematic race, Overseas race and Client-based race. Past key events include 2XU Compression Run from 2017 to 2024, Hello Kitty Run in 2014, Pocari Sweat Run Myanmar in 2016 and Cold Storage X Giant Kids Run in from 2019 to 2024. These events have garnered an impressive turnout from 2,000 runners to over 29,000 runners respectively. Race categories offered range from 5KM, 10KM to 21.1KM, including competitive and non-competitive segments.
