    Celonis was an unbelievable experience in my career. I joined in 2016 as the first hire in North America. Worked with CEO & founders to built the GTM strategy, set the foundation for pipeline development and build some massive partnerships like the one we built with SAP SAP - Personally enabled 1000+ SAP sellers across multiple teams & industry verticals. Built out sales plays and strategy with SAP Executives. We delivered massive revenue & customer growth to SAP & Celonis which helped take Celonis from a $40M valuation to a $1BN valuation in approximately 14 months. Mined & analyzed 100s of SAP processes, and have deep expertise into the inner workings of SAP applications, and how to drive automation & efficiency. As the company grew I had the opportunity to learn from some of the best sales leaders across the industry and learn what it takes to scale a company at each stage. Analyzing & reshaping complex processes with companies like Merck, Lockheed Martin, Mars, L’Oreal, Aflac, Comcast…etc, gave me a deep master class into how business truly work with their core platforms & systems, as well as how to identify areas where we can immediately drive value. Deep experience in process analytics, connecting into different source systems, executing POCs & building custom apps / automations, managing extremely complex implementation project across multiple ERPs and Fortune 500 IT & Business landscapes.After 6+ amazing years, I left Celonis at a $13BN valuation, on great terms with the leadership team. Grateful for all of the amazing customers, partners, coworkers, and lifelong friends I made along the way.

    Founded an APP & Ecommerce platform to enable a marketplace of monthly subscriptions. Munthly was an incredibly valuable experience in my career. I set out to found an App & E-commerce Platform to solve a few challenges: 1) there was no centralized marketplace at the time for all monthly subscriptions, 2) it was tough to manage all subscriptions and monthly payments... and so Munthly was born!Proud to say I built the prototype myself using prototyping tools like Proto.io and did some basic coding in React Native. Once the prototype was ready I sourced a full stack development firm to take the concept into reality. Went through several stages of architecture, development sprints, bug fixes, API development...etc. We even pioneered new ways to integrate payment gateway APIs and split payments behind the scenes across various parties. Eventually the platform was approved to deploy in the apple app store, which was a huge technical milestone I always hoped to achieve.In parallel I implemented Salesforce, executed outbound campaigns to get interest from partners & vendors to list their products on the Munthly Marketplace. Really did everything start to finish to learn the whole lifecyle of founding a tech company.Eventually, large organizations like Amazon, Apple, and AMEX started to canibalize many elements I had built, so I made the tough decision to shut it down (as John Taffer would say) and put all of my effort into building Celonis.This experience taught me so much about how hard it is to found a company... it isn't just hard work, or product, or timing... it is literally every star having to align. Had I jot gone through this, I would not have the work ethic or technical acumen I have today, and I wouldn't appreciate how hard it truly is to found and scale a company. Overall, one of the best, and most humbling experiences of my life.
