The focus is on enhancing the breakfast experience and ensuring staff are expertly trained in Rituals, Moments, and other F&B service concepts. Responsible for maintaining the guest database, ensuring all preferences are accurately recorded and shared across departments to personalize each guest's experience. Additionally, driving the recruitment of Social Club members and managing engagement through the application is crucial. Collaborating closely with the sales team, overseeing and facilitating the booking and organization of outside catering, and ensuring every event is executed flawlessly.
