Managed branch office team in the downtown main office for the bank. I Built, developed, coached, and managed a successful team of bankers and managed business partners within the financial center . Responsible for individual production, team business development and client management within the branch. Partnered with Commercial team, Business Banking team, Wealth Management team, and Mortgage departments to satisfy the needs of individual and corporate clients. and exceed all sales goals.

Managed a banking center sales and service team and was responsible for driving the overall sales and services performance of the office. The banking center had a deposit base of 80MM and a loan base of 72MM. Additionally, managed a team of bankers and business partners to include the treasure services department. Received multiple awards in sales production annually in key areas to include, audit satisfaction, team community involvement, closed investment sales and referrals, closed mortgage sales and referrals and non-interest deposit growth.

Branch manager of a newly built office and coordinated grand opening. Hired a sales team and grew the branch deposits in a records breaking period of 4 months to 24MM. In addition, I trained staff for cross sale opportunities for checking and investment sales. The office received multiple awards for the new opening of the branch in the state of Florida and nationwide.
