Part of the systems and communications business unit of RIS2048 (one of the two HP Platinum partners in Portugal), the main task was the design and engineering of solutions for the pre-sales phase.

Part of EMC's business unit at Arrow ECS, I supported several EMC partners in the Portuguese Market:- Provided training sessions for EMC partners, touting the value of EMC technology - data storage and protection solutions- Partner support in EMC solution design and presentations for end customers Also provided support for the HPE business unit within Arrow ECS, advising and clarifying partners about HPE's computing and backup solutions.

Member of Novabase's Infrastructure and Systems business unit, the main task was to plan and design solutions for the pre-sales phase of various projects for large customers from all vertical markets in Portugal and Portuguese-speaking countries, mainly Angola and Mozambique.- Working closely with sales teams, being responsible for the design of system architectures (Servers, Virtualization, Storage and Backup);- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of complex proposals, coordinating the general components of the entire team, including datacenter facilities, networks and security;- Working remotely and directly on site for the Infrastructure business unit of angola's first Gold Partner (Novabase Angola), as a focal point for the pre-sales phase (including technical qualification of opportunities, response to RFI / RFPs) of Datacenter Infrastructure projects for all vertical markets in Angola;- I worked closely with Commercial Managers to identify, treat and close business opportunities and to provide technical advice to clients;- Coordinated the pre-sale phase of projects worth more than US$7 million in fiscal 2013. Most of these projects consisted of the global implementation of new datacenters for the Angolan market; Special focus on the following technological areas: - Cisco Unified Computing and Datacenter Solutions; - HP Servers, Storage and Backup Solutions; - EMC storage and backup solutions; - VMware and Hyper-V virtualization solutions. - Product management tasks such as orders, promotional program management, and technical internal communication in relation to EMC's product and solution portfolio, novabase being a higher level of EMC certification partner;
