Also, diverting non-related customer/solicitor calls to the correct departments● Ensuring that confidential information is handled with care in accordance with company policy● Using numerous of software programs on a daily work basis such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook to communicate with co-workers, team leaders and managers, Avaya, Mars and Santander Hub for taking on calls and doing customer service and Microsoft Excel for training purposes● Working with daily, weekly and monthly targets, which tracks our call taking, aftercalls and our overall statistics for Santander. Last month target for average time spent on calls was 5.5 minutes, I achieved a average of 4.5 minutes

Over 5 years I’ve worked in different roles across the UK in customer service. My duties included providing service to customers and give them the best experience, clearing up shelves in the store to make it clean and presentable for the customers and going the extra mile and self consciously do more than what is needed so that the store can be run smoothly.

After my second year of university, I decided to take a big risk and take a six-month internship in Paris, where I worked as a language assistant. My role was to teach English to pre-school children in a manner where it does not feel like it is school, but educational at the same time. It was very different because I did not speak French at all. In the end, my understanding for the language had improved, as well as the parents and carers of the children showed their appreciation towards me.

I worked as a sales assistant for the agency Gekko. My job was to attend a retail store and promote an assigned product to customers who shop at the store. I had to promote was a smart heating thermostat, called Hive. My job was to explain customers the use of the thermostat and how beneficial it would be to them, especially during the winter times.
