Further responsibilities included design, budget, construction and implementation of a 10’000 m2 distribution center.• In charge of budget, construction, procurement, installation and commissioning of a food processing plant in South Korea, managing 350 contractors and negotiating all related contracts.• Underwent operational training in infant cereals, infant formula, confectionery, dairy and coffee plants in Switzerland, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand and Japan.• Based at Nestlé headquarter in Switzerland, performed a 9 months training in design, operation and control of food processing plants.
