Working with the Managing Director to manage the Design Team and Site Engineers whilst continuing to work with the design team. tasks include; Working on multiple installation and research projects.  Liaising with customers, partners, and manufacturers to agree and set timelines. Writing engineering reports for the quality of glass product. Set up and implemented a plant maintenance schedule,  Assembling a manufacturer’s guide for how to run and maintain the Aquavitrum plant.

Aquavitrum is working on a more cost effective way to sort MRF glass, working as part of a small team I have helped to refine and further develop this technology. Tasks include;  Preparing 2D and 3D designs to meet manufacturer specification requirements. Continually improving the design, implementing and testing changes in the test plant. Working on site with Site Engineers to install new components and make changes where needed. Skid design and pipe routing utilising Solidworks and occasionally Navisworks. All designs were completed to various specifications to suit manufacturer needs and requirements.

Responsible for the repair and restoration of old laptops. ensuring that sales and repair targets were met.

Overseeing the daily running of a large retail stores. managing teams of 15 up to 45 people. ensuring that performance targets were hit and that payroll and other expenses were managed.

Responsibility for the largest department in Wyevale’s current flagship store which is constantly changing and expanding.
