From shaping meaningful youth experiences at T Bar M Camps to stepping into my new role as Program Director at the New Braunfels Youth Collaborative (NBYC), my career has been guided by a passion for creating spaces where people feel safe, valued, and inspired to grow.At NBYC, I’m thrilled to be laying the groundwork for programs that will empower middle and high school students in our community. Our goal is to provide teens with academic support to help them thrive in school, wellness resources to nurture their mental and physical health, opportunities for creative expression, and activities that promote healthy habits and lifestyles. As we prepare to open the Mill Street Youth Center, I’m focused on building a strong foundation that ensures its long-term success—developing program strategies, recruiting an incredible team, and fostering connections with the community.Previously, I honed my leadership skills in various roles at T Bar M Camps, including overseeing a seasonal staff of 200 and managing program budgets across multiple departments. These experiences taught me the power of intentional programming, staff development, and community engagement—lessons I carry forward into my work at NBYC.Driven by a belief in the transformative power of mentorship and inclusive environments, I’m excited to help create a space where teens can grow, connect, and realize their potential. Together, we’re building a brighter future for the next generation.
