Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Archon Group, Goldman Sachs' Real Estate and Lending divisionMember of global Team, primarily focused on management of U.S. IT Operations, end-user Support, Data Center Ops, Infrastructure Projects, Process Development & Improvement, Disaster Recovery Testing and Audit Preparedness • Institute and manage a Global Change Management Program, Policy and related Tool for Infrastructure Changes - Achieve SOX compliance • Strategically Consolidate / Relocate U.S. Data Center – Operational savings achieved by reducing leasehold commitments • Manage Firm's most comprehensive Disaster Recovery Test and Application Recovery exercise - Demonstrate business resilience and achieve SOX compliance by leading project Team to document recovery processes and testing outcome or status for 68 global business apps & core IT services • Drive organizational maturity and efficiency through development of Operational Documentation and repeatable Processes • Implement corporate DR Data Center solution - Co-Location within parent company facility - Achieve SOX compliance • Implement Asset Management Program, Policy and associated Tool - Achieve clarity with thousands of U.S. IT Assets (Hardware) and associated Break / Fix history • Member core Team responsible for setup, provisioning and coordination of an off-shore operating platform, within Goldman Sachs Bangalore, serving multiple U.S. Accounting & IT functions • Manage Enterprise Systems Operations Team chartered with DCIM, distributed systems administration, Windows & VMware server builds, patching, break / fix and data backup • Manage U.S. Help Desk / Service Desk Team whose functions involve all Level 1 and 2 Tech Support for the end-users of multiple business units (~1100 users in campus), print services, remote access, system entitlements, identity management, SharePoint, mobile support, Cisco VOIP Telephony / Voice Mail and Video Conference facilitation
