The Primary role is to support the Managing Director in the coordination and delivery of 1- and 5-year strategic plans, Market intelligence and performance reporting, supervising the execution of Group Marketing Communication and activities. This requires liaising with senior Managers or department heads, Mantrac Group Centers of Excellence and the Group Strategic Planning and Marketing function to ensure the successful and timely production of robust and well -informed 1- and 5-year strategic plans. Supporting Marketing analysis and project, periodic business performance reporting and effective over sight of Marketing and Sales Effectiveness activities. This Involves completion of templated Strategic Plans and Analysis, periodic performance reports and market intelligence, as determined by the Group Strategic and Marketing function. This is achieved through supporting senior Managing Director and liaising with senior Managers for content, analysis, review and commentary to theses templates.Also close working with Group Strategic Planning function to evaluate and develop strategic plans and align group inputs and expectations. The secondary role will be to supervise and direct the Marketing Analyst and Marketing Coordinator in the delivery of marketing and communication activities including the execution of all elements of Marketing communication and PR plans supporting the brand and new product launches.
