- Contributed to crafting sales and marketing strategies for our various client types including ESGs/CSRs, corporate & private foundations, and development organizations.- Strategized, designed, and ran lead generation processes to expand the reach of our programs to underserved entrepreneurs & innovative, early-stage ventures.

- Researched awards, funding opportunities, social incubators, and potential partnerships in India, South Asia, and globally for Ashoka fellows and young change-makers to further their impact and visibility in the region- Mapped over 40 academic institutions supporting social entrepreneurship in India, identified faculty with decision-making power in the business department, and send out an email campaign sharing Ashoka’s recent publication – Leading Social Entrepreneurs- Investigated Ashoka fellow profiles to gather insights on how all of them may empower the youth to become change-makers. I identified 5 trends: 1) direct, technical training to upskill the youth, 2) training the trainers: upskilling organizations supporting the youth, 3) training the youth on leadership skills, 4) building a supportive community around the youth, 5) involving the youth in product/service design through surveys and others

- Supported the Ayni program, assisting teams in Argentina, Guatemala, Indonesia, and Uganda that worked on identifying and solving a problem in their local community. Teams were formed by a social entrepreneur and a municipal leader - Planning and design of projects in areas such as 1) training programs for the youth in high-tech industries, 2) social inclusion of children with learning disabilities, 3) increasing agricultural productivity despite climate change challenges, 4) STEM education for children in rural areas, and 5) youth entrepreneurship and economic empowerment- Collaborated in the marketplace, a platform where Ayni projects get posted to attract social investors and get funding

- Pitched our educational program, encompassing robotics, programming, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship to corporations (ESGs and CSRs), impact investors, foundations, startups, and other potential clients or allies in events such as the FLII CA&C conference. From there, I contributed to developing B2B and B4B relationships with key players in Central America- Gathered data from over 400 targeted B2C leads (private schools in Guatemala and Honduras) for our recently purchased CRM, Copper- Contributed to developing a B2B and B2C sales quoting system, and to the development of a B2B and B2C business proposal template- Tracked and managed B2B deals, moving them forward in the pipeline and sending proposals to organizations like Millicom

- Researched Malaysian women-owned businesses for a matchmaking event with large corporate buyers- Attended business development training programs with women-owned businesses based in Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, Japan, and others- Invited women-owned businesses and women entrepreneur organizations to our programs focused on women's economic empowerment and supply chain inclusion

- Research and collection of global and region-focused data on women-owned businesses, supply chain diversity, and the business environment for women entrepreneurs- Production of global and regional overviews of WEConnect International’s scope of work, programs, and projects, to showcase our impact on women-owned businesses- Data analysis of surveys conducted to evaluate customer satisfaction of women-owned businesses from training events in South Asia
