As the senior manager for Whirlpool’s global craftsmanship team I lead our work to plan, create and deliver the industries best crafted kitchen and laundry appliances. Craftsmanship creates the perceived quality of products and influences our consumers' perception. My team and I influence brand and product development to deliver a meaningful difference to our consumers and build brand loyalty.To do this, we drive both short and long term improvements through collaboration with cross functional partners, suppliers and colleagues globally. We conduct product analysis to understand our competitors. We create specifications and targets to define our direction. We influence brand and product development to deliver meaningful value to our consumers.In the future, my goals are continued personal and professional growth, I’m looking forward to investing in those around me and finally to pursue opportunities to discover, problem solve and collaborate on translating great designs into even better in market products.Lastly, on a personal note.
