Let me explain what skills I developed next to the debits and credits and reviewing organisations’ compliance with regulations.Behind every service there are people – building teams and supporting younger colleagues who are passionate to learn and grow into new roles and responsibilities I find one of the most rewarding achievements as a leader. I observed that trust, high self-motivation and diversity in teams make collaboration most joyful and are paramount to navigate through challenging times.I am passionate about the asset management industry, because of its diversity in the range of clients from boutique to global players, from passive to infrastructure and from simple to highly complex organisations. I value the opportunity to speak to so many business leaders and industry experts, discussing the industry hot topics and providing insights from the eyes of the auditor.I decided to open a new chapter in my professional career in 2020. Leaving the PwC Partnership was a difficult decision making process.
