Responsible for development and execution of ICON’s global functional service (FSP) strategy including management of business development teams located in Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Global responsibility for managing and driving strategic growth in three top 15 Pharma / Biotech accounts on behalf of ICON's Functional Service group.Full ownership for strategic development and growth in all ICON plc services for a top 3 global strategic account.

European Business Development Manager for Elan Health, coordinating and leading all business development activities for Elan's healthcare business across EMEA and acting as the Subject Matter Expert for the Manpower Group across Europe.The role includes the coordination, support and training of the twenty five sales consultants operating within Elan's Health division.Specific expertise includes:- An in-depth understanding, client base and network of contacts within the NHS and wider UK healthcare system- UK public sector (inc NHS) procurement and tender processes- Knowledge and understanding of the private sector organisations, products, policies and trends within the EMEA eHealth, IT and Health Informatics markets- Experience of designing and implementing successful recruitment solutions for both global clients with £m+ spend and locally based SMEs- Creating collaborative solutions with other partners in-order to present the best market proposition
