The role was under a 3 month projects position contract with the Faculty of Arts to prepare the PAL Program and its members in the lead up to the beginning of the year. The role required staff to send out mail to every starting student for the Arts Faculty and for their mailed out packages to be prepared and checked for quality. It further required contracted staff to match mentors of the PAL Program with mentees which involved assessing the the mentor and the best mentees they could be matched with across Clayton and Caulfield campus. Staff had to deal with confidential information and were required to maintain discretion in their duties as they were given access to details of over 1000 students.
