Daniel is Principal of the Metallurgical and Mechanical Engineering Group at Arcon Engineering Consultants Ltd,, working since 2003 with a client base from the legal profession and the insurance sector. He was qualified as an expert witness before the Ontario Superior Court in Metallurgical and Mechanical Systems; Oil Supply Equipment; Collision Reconstruction; and Human Factors. He was appointed Vice President of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers (NAFE) in January 2024, after being elected Director at Large in January 2020 and serving three consecutive terms. , Daniel became a Senior Member of the Academy in 2021.
