In my role with Amazon Pharmacy, I act as a critical divisional business leader who steers the company’s strategic partnerships with third-party pharmaceutical, insurance payor, and supply chain vendors. With full ownership of all functions in my business unit, including finances, operations, performance metrics, and human resource management, I am a trusted member of Amazon Pharmacy’s executive leadership team and play an integral role in authoring the company’s strategic roadmaps, driving customer acquisition, and growing business volume. To date, I have led the Partner Service organization to a $500M run-rate while governing more than $1.2B in contractual spending with the pharmacy’s various supply chain partners.As a leader, I hold fast to the belief that a good idea can come from anywhere. Accordingly, I consider it my duty and privilege to be visible and accessible, working alongside my team members to cultivate a culture that promotes innovative thinking and problem-solving.
