In this pharmaceutical company, I led the development Diadex® plan of brand, conceiving a line of dermo-cosmetic products specialized in comprehensive skin care, leveraging the positioning and recognized image of one of our products. Thus, we were able to attract consumers with a more comprehensive service proposal, encompassing products for various needs and consumers. My role as project leader included market evaluation, formulation, industrial development, and product launch.• I was responsible for maintaining and developing the portfolio of ethical and FMCG & OTC of 62+ drugs existing in the company. I directed in the incorporation of new products and suppliers, as well as supporting the optimization of management and processes in collaboration with regulatory, operations, and finance departments.• My main achievements include optimizing the product mix until 80 Sku’s, with successful 16 launches, increasing the average price of portfolio +15%, and implementing sales expenses, investment budgets and rolling forecasts programs, achievement 69% growth in units and an 89% growth in USD. (source: internal ERP and IMS MAT 12-21).• My position was part of the direction team, reporting directly to the president and shareholders; supervising the areas of 2 marketers, 12 sales people, 1 business developer, 1 sales manager, and the management of 1 BTL agency, with digital marketing, and community managers.
