As residential real estate broker I have the responsibility for approx. 40.000 households and the ability of a comprehensive consultation of private and commercial clients on all questions across real estate. The acquisition of residential properties for sale, the support of my local networks and sales partners and exchange of information as well as the placement of residential properties for sale are the primary duties of my work. The preparation and verification of sale contracts and their conditions, the valuation of properties or building projects and creating profitability reports are additional tasks within my function. Buying a property is always a matter of gut instincts - and my performance is acting out of conviction.
