We are developing a low cost medical device for multi-parameter diagnosis (ECG, O2,…) and connected for tele medicine applications.At the moment I manage the business development activities and all the Regulatory Affairs (CE mark)

Reporting to the board of directors, I have been the main responsible of the definition of the overall company strategy and business development.The success achieved (from 177m€ to 550m€ in 5 years) was due to the simultaneous action in the key areas of the company:1- PURCHASE: Negotiating the purchase and logistics conditions with pharmaceutical TOP 10 laboratories as ASTRA. LILLY, BOEHRINGER, SANOFI, MSD, BRISTOL, NOVARTIS, NOVONORDISK)2- FINANCIAL: Introduction of management control process and redesigning the administration procurements in order to decrease the banking costs and increase the credit correlation. 3- SALES AND MARKETING: Development and launch of new financial services to our wholesale customers. Improving the promotional marketing activities, with the design and implementation of new sales department. 4- INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES: In order to give support to the rest of the new activities we have developed and new demands that our customers asked us for, we were able to produce and implement various specific IT applications: GDP (patient dispensation guarantee) – GCC (central purchase management) – GPL (double price management).

Cooperative pharmaceutical distributor established at Valladolid, Zamora and Segovia. We manage more than 25.000 items from all the pharmaceutical laboratories established in Spain. The main aim was to increase logistic efficiency in three different aspects:• Redesign the supply procurement process to improve the general warehouse quality level: stock investment, lack of service and number of items for work.• Designing the next generation warehouse (increase automatization)• Define and create a new marketing department to increase customer fidelity (450 pharmacies)

GESTAMP is one of the most important international suppliers in automotive industry. Our factory, Dueñas (template 300 people), was designed to produce metal stamping pieces and welded items for car bodies.I was the responsible for Quality Group Policy implementation at the factory: quality customer assistance, quality function development of new products or process design, process and products audits and quality systems/referentials certifications (QS9000 – EFQM)
