- Leading the Aftersales team to offer technical service worldwide to customers, dealers and users.- Leading the team of mechanics in the Technical Workshop to respond to the needs of brand events, sponsors, ambassadors, press bikes and the needs of the Marketing team.- Defining and monitoring KPIs to reach the level of excellence in the after-sales service in the market.- Collaborating with the rest of the departments to transmit the incidences detected in a process of continuous improvement of the product.- Defining stocks, forecasts and purchasing needs to meet the lifetime warranty of our products.- Developing plans and corrective actions for any incident detected in the market.
