I represent insurers, businesses, local governments and individuals regarding claims, disputes and lawsuits in PA and NJ. I am admitted to practice, and represent clients in civil claims and actions, in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I joined Obermayer Rebmann in 1985, and chair the committee that oversees evaluation and professional development/training of associates and paralegals in the firm. I serve as a judge pro tempore in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and assist in pre-trial evaluation and settlement negotiations among counsel in cases in the Court's Major Jury Trial Program.
