I led the inside sales and customer service department at Carnegie Learning. We partnered with the field sales team to help develop new business opportunities and grow the sales pipeline. We managed the client retention and renewal business process. We also sold directly into national accounts through field sales presentations and web demonstrations to achieve our overall sales targets.
