CurrentThe Enterprise Customer Information File (ECIF) team plays a crucial role in maintaining the Bank's customer information as well as provides high quality web services for other aspects of the bank to utilize in their applications. As a member of the Enterprise Customer Information File (ECIF) team, I have:- Lead multiple projects through the entire SDLC process. This included:+ Creating requirement documentation based on new business opportunities+ Conducting financial estimations based on projected workloads+ Interacting with other technology teams to ensure the overall design and implementation were feasible + Preparing a detailed delivery plan with all associated JIRA tickets+ Enhancing our data model (IBM DB2) and associated Online (SOAP) and Batch (RESTFUL) services to accommodate new requirements+ Supporting the QA and Integration testing, and ongoing support for production level issues- Played a critical role in the $18B Bank of the West acquisition, ensuring customer information was properly migrated from their systems to BMO systems. This included:+ Creating data mapping documents based on business needs to migrate BOTW data to BMO data.+ Requiring me to learn an entirely new data model and become a SME for their data+ Supporting & managing business and technology stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery+ Creating a new batch service to migrate IDs- Implemented new business logic as per business requirements, written in Java- Prepared and ensured the completion of data remediations in production based on changes to business requirements- Supported a plethora of new and old projects with data creation, web service questions, and functionality, to ensure other technology teams can function at a high level- Participated in many requirement gathering sessions, providing input and do-ability on behalf of the ECIF teamTechnologies used: Java (J2EE), SQL, SOAP, REST, IBM DB2, Confluence, Bitbucket, Ansible, JIRA
