The Enterprise Customer Information File (ECIF) team plays a crucial role in maintaining the Bank's customer information as well as provides high quality web services for other aspects of the bank to utilize in their applications. As a member of the Enterprise Customer Information File (ECIF) team, I have:- Lead multiple projects through the entire SDLC process. This included:+ Creating requirement documentation based on new business opportunities+ Conducting financial estimations based on projected workloads+ Interacting with other technology teams to ensure the overall design and implementation were feasible + Preparing a detailed delivery plan with all associated JIRA tickets+ Enhancing our data model (IBM DB2) and associated Online (SOAP) and Batch (RESTFUL) services to accommodate new requirements+ Supporting the QA and Integration testing, and ongoing support for production level issues- Played a critical role in the $18B Bank of the West acquisition, ensuring customer information was properly migrated from their systems to BMO systems. As a member of the Aircraft Economics & Maintenance Data Analysis team, I : - Sought out ways to reduce the Direct Maintenance Costs (DMC) for our Operator-base.- Prepared cost analysis to be used by our Sales and Marketing team in conversations with potential and current Operators.- Completed detailed Return on Investment analysis to advocate for part number changes and/or price changes, some of which resulted in direct savings for our Operators.- Worked directly with suppliers to determine commercial offerings that are reasonable to both our Operators and the supplier.- Presented in front of representatives from over 30 Operators, detailing the various discounts they can take advantage of for specific aircraft components.- Participated in contract negotiations with our suppliers on behalf of the operators.- Prepared and presented monthly KPI meetings for director-level staff- Worked with an awesome team from all over the globe.

Responsible for the day to day activities of the On-Trac Risk Rating desk.On-Trac Risk Rating involved communication with multiple LOBs, daily and monthly reporting deadlines to meet, researching and subsequent rating of securities.Created highly detailed SOP documentation for completing the day to day activities of the On-Trac desk.Partnered with 4 colleagues to run BMO’s Half-Day of Learning program, teaching Excel skills such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables and simple macro creation with VBA.Participated in the hiring panel to find two new members to the team.Received a Distinguished rating from my manager in my end of work term performance evaluation.
