As relationship manager of the University's top 100 prospects for financial, employability and influential partnerships, I identified, researched and managed roadmaps to achieve the greatest benefit for all stakeholders. I also managed the University's regular giving programme, all giving channels, moved projects from academic proposals to securing funding and was a key contributor to strategic groups at the University. In addition to these activities I also contributed to the student experience, CRM management and the University's digital footprint. The University of South Wales started in April 2013 with the merger of the University of Glamorgan and The University of Wales, Newport. I produced an integration strategy to align the two previous departments and drove the development of a new CRM system for the alumni community of over 300,000 graduates.

North Wales

I was the project manager for the Unified Assessment programme in North Wales. The purpose of the programme was to implement a single multi agency health and social care record for all adult patients, reducing duplication of effort and improving communication between health and social care providers.
