Current-Oversee and lead the strategy and operations of the Association’s daily marketingactivities-Develop and manage the marketing budget-Manage a team of up to a couple direct reports-Shape user experiences and customer/member journeys-Consistently monitor key metrics and identify actionable insights-Lead martech stack assessments and recommendations-Collaborate with IT to map user paths / establish tracking and problem-solve potentialuser path challenges-Campaign production and other tactical marketing and communicationfunctions as needed, including copy and creative development
