Our team helped customers choose eyeglass frames and lens treatments, such as tints or non-reflective coatings, based on their vision needs and style preferences. We also repaired or refit all types of broken eyeglass frames. I led team training sessions on lenses, frames, and sales techniques. Together we improved our knowledge of the products we sold to give a better customer experience overall.In addition to the front-of-house optical work, I learned how to edge, hand bevel, hand edge, polish, and other back-of-house duties. Finally, I managed the inventory and met with frame representatives to purchase and replace product for the office.
