Current- Corporate - M&A: general corporate advice and M&A, corporate restructuring, investment and due diligence processes, including Real Estate transactions.- Contractual advice: commercial advice in vendor, distribution and procurement agreements, and digital and tech law affairs (software licensing and distribution) B2C and B2B agreements, e-commerce, IP & IT, etc.- Regulatory and compliance: risk management and alignment of business strategy with regulatory requirements, development of corporate policies and protocols and support in the implementation and maintenance.- Legal and technological alignment: optimization of legal departments and transformation towards scaling and operational efficiency.
