Surgeons permitted me to observe various procedures including open-heart surgery. Physicians allowed me to take patient histories and take part in diagnosing patients. Throughout the process, I developed clinical skills including becoming acquainted with the inner-workings of a hospital.

Several procedures were utilized throughout this research project, involving sub-cloning, gel electrophoresis and other related techniques. I was responsible for carrying out these aforementioned tasks and producing high-quality results.

I would conduct scheduled open-tutoring sessions where students would come in and ask me questions related to their coursework. Sometimes groups of students would come in, and I held mini-lectures to review material with them.

I would work with both professors, tutors, and students in order to develop strategies to assist students throughout the learning process. On regularly-scheduled sessions, groups of students would come and ask me questions. Furthermore, I was to prepare lectures to cover relevant material with the student population.
