Responsible for leading professional teams in the delivery of accounting, auditing and business advisory solutions. Assisted staff and clients with the implementation of many new accounting standards including the new lease standards. Improved audit processes and work flows through the design and implementation of a comprehensive end-to-end automated job scheduling and tracking system.

Transformed the CAAS practice by automating and integrating back-office functions using offshore staffing, artificial intelligence and bots. Created new monthly recurring revenue service offerings with various levels of reporting and advisory services. Developed and administered a CAAS group training and development plan. Worked with CAAS staff in the classroom and in client coaching and advisory sessions to improve professionalism and advisory confidence and competencies.

During my tenure, the Firm tripled in size relative to staff, revenue and number of offices while continually improving quality. I was the Firm's industry lead for state & local government, uniform guidance, employee benefit plan and low-Income housing project audit engagements. My client base included entities in these sectors as well as construction, hospitality, manufacturing & distribution. Coordinated the Firm’s system of quality control and served as team captain on peer review engagements performed for other firms.
