In my current role as CPMO of Tower Strategy and Roaming, I am accountable for my organization's product development portfolio and budget. I collaborate with customers, sponsors, stakeholders, and 3rd party suppliers to define, prioritize, manage, and deliver technology solutions within time and budget constraints.I have a passion for learning, problem solving, and storytelling that guides how I solution, build, launch, and support new products and services. I understand how my work contributes to the "big picture" and can tell that story with data. I am happiest and at my best when presented with a business problem and set loose to lead a team of cross-functional experts to ideate, plan, and implement a solution.
