• Responsible of maintaining a successful relationship with the main and largest Distributors in EMEA, Tech Data (Sell-Out value around 6M $) & Ingram Micro ( Sell-Out value 5M $), by handling periodically disputes and daily queries via Salesforce and leading monthly calls with both external teams• Validation and reconciliation of Distributors sales data, whether CSG and ISG LOBs and Sell-Out programs such as Volume-Grid, Bid from Stock and Standard Sell-Out. In addition, I am working on LOB allocation before the payout in order to use the accurate VAT treatment within the CSG portfolio• Monthly consolidation of different briefs and promotion files, analyzing the accuracy of the data provided from various teams, such as Sales, Merchandiser, Pricing Consultants and controlling the veracity of their inputs by reaching out each collaborator when it is found a misalignment between Dell T&C's and data booked on each tool• Generating daily Salesforce reports, tracking and assigning the open cases among the team

• Control and authorization of daily payment throughout EMEA region, dealing with banks and internal customers, ex. Tax or HR• Transaction reconciliation between Account Statements and Bank Statements, using Novora Oracle R12/SAP and different bank portals. Having direct and daily communication with Treasury department• Holding Prepayments around EMEA together with Accounting team and T&E Local Managers, requesting Expenses reports directly to employees
