- Commissioning, editing and writing public policy research;- Political engagement on public policy issues related to the Institute's research;- Event management; - Fundraising; - Managing national and international education programs;- Media engagement in radio, TV, newspapers and online.

- Running the ASI's education activities: organising conferences involving hundreds of young people, sending thousands of introductory books to UK schools, empowering the next generation of free market activists via training days/weeks;- Managing a high-impact international education project (related to the principles of the Magna Carta) aimed primarily at young people in collaboration with various organizations;- Organizing ASI events: party conference fringe events, evening lectures with leading academics, monthly gatherings of politically engaged young people, annual Ayn Rand Lecture and Adam Smith Lecture, and more;- Managing ASI fundraising activities;- Producing original policy research papers, writing op-eds, and blogging for the ASI website;- Appearing on national TV/radio to discuss and promote public policy reform.

- Writing, ghost-writing, sourcing, editing, and pitching op-eds;- Developing media relations strategy;- Drafting, proofreading and editing internal and external communications (e.g. email, donor proposals, volunteer handbook);- Acting as press contact by managing SFL enquiries email account, writing and distributing press releases, responding to media quote requests; - Writing copy for the SFL website, including blog posts, book reviews, partner organization promotions and campaign releases;- Developing and updating marketing protocols, including the creation of a marketing handbook, research into new communications platforms and managing promotional micro-sites;- Updating social media;- Leading North American activism kit project, involving significant budget and delegation of tasks to team members.

- Training in Market Based Management ® (MBM), which applies the guiding principles of a free society to management;- Professional development training in a wide range of areas including public speaking, media relations, digital communication, and networking;- Participating in reading discussion groups on the foundations of free societies, critics of classical liberalism, and other related topics.

- Editing op-eds for submission to various media outlets;- Updating social media (via HubSpot) and the Young Voices website (using Wordpress) with media hits and daily links, as well as assisting in back-end redesign of website;- Updating database of advocate information and publishing activity;- Organizing, presenting and producing the Young Voices Podcast;- Writing blog posts and op-eds, which have been published in outlets such as Forbes, CapX and the Foundation for Economic Education;- Sub-editor of ‘A Future for Millennials – Policies that can Restore Prosperity’: a compilation of essays on libertarian public policy written by various Young Voices advocates.
