Since starting with Layton I've been able to work alongside seasoned professionals and further my construction experience. Above all else, it's an awesome feeling to be part of a stalwart company that pushes me to grow, and upholds those very same principles I grew up with.More recently I have begun to be obsessed with sustainable principles and how they apply to every industry. I have high hopes to take my learnings and growth and apply them to every facet of my life. My most recent goals are:1.) Begin to have an impact in my home community of Deming, New Mexico - Infrastructure, industry and more self sufficiency in ways such as renewable energy. 2.) Moving forward with recent projects to change the way we view waste, specific to construction. 3.) Connecting with likeminded motivated individuals who share similar goals and values.
