Talent Operations Specialist
Current*Developer Transition & Bench Management:Assist developers in finding new opportunities within the company (bench placement).Match developer skills with suitable client projects.*Talent Evaluation & Ranking:Collaborate on creating a ranking system to assess developer skills and experience.Conduct screening interviews to evaluate developer suitability for different roles.Contribute to the development of a "technical index update" that summarizes developer expertise in specific tech stacks.*Project & Opportunity Management:Proactively identify and source new project opportunities for internal developers.Develop and maintain backup plans (Plan A & B) for ongoing developer placements.*Client Acquisition:Assist in finding and identifying potential new clients for the company.
