Working as part of the Sydney Swans Academy I am currently involved in coaching the Under 15 intake of athletes. The aim is to develop the young footballers in conjunction with academy guidelines and procedures to identify and further enhance the talent of each individual. This is done through a combined program of training and match opportunities.Adding further to this experience is the opportunity to work with an extremely experienced group of coaches as the Assistant Coach for the NSW/ACT Rams in the NAB AFL National Under 16 Carnival to take place on the Gold Coast.

The role of Head Coach within the Northern Territory Football Club was extremely diverse. Managing the entire football program as part of a small team, I was responsible for 134 players over 27 different and diverse locations within the Northern Territory and across Australia. Working and educating all within the program from players to staff, the key responsibility was with the development of people in a holistic approach as individuals using football as the vehicle. More than 60% of the players involved in the program were indigenous with many still living in regional and remote Northern Territory communities. The senior team competes in the NEAFL competition along side 4 AFL reserves teams, whilst the Under 16 and 18 State Academies play in the NAB AFL National Championships.
