He has been named Research Fellow of NASSM, received the ASMA's Scholar Lifetime Achievement Award, won Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in Economics from AAI, and is also certified as a valuation analyst (CVA) by the NACVA.He has been named as an expert witness in dozens of cases, testified at 5 federal trials. 2 state trials, 3 arbitrations, and one appeals board, and given over two dozen depositions, written dozens of expert reports, and given dozens of public testimonies to government.
