As a designer, I love a challenge. I enjoy working in a team, making an impact in projects that have positive outcomes in the community and businesses, and creating experiences people love. My experience has given me the ability to lead design teams and projects end-to-end by identify problems, planning, conducting user research, understanding the customers and the landscape, identifying key insights and opportunities, concept design, user testing, iterating and prototyping then presenting to stakeholders and hand-over final designs for development.I have been lucky enough to gain experience in two consultancies at Symplicit and Kinlab where I worked in the sport, financial, aged care and government sectors and developed my end-to-end skill set. My time at the Department of Communities and Justice gave me a deeper insight into the government area and experience handling sensitive projects where you had to make sure you were handling the stakeholders and participants in an appropriate way to deliver life changing outcomes with the experiences we designed. And my four years at NRL has given me experience leading end-to-end design projects, leading and managing a team and working internally within a product team with product managers, product owners, producers, designers and developers as well as upper management, designing fan experience products enriching the everyday lives of the NRL fans.Outside of work, I'm always at or around the beach for a surf, playing golf or up for a coffee.
