After growing a large social media presence for SaxCasts.com where I ran and managed all social media accounts, shot/edited footage, seo optimised content over 12 years I decided to grow another channel.I have been filming and editing new footage and learning the "modern YouTube". It's considerably more competetive than it was when I posted my first video 12 years ago. However, I have managed to recently hit nearly 2 million views on a brand new channel in less than 2 months.Quite happy with the results so far.

After the success of the free YouTube saxophone tutorials I launched SaxCasts.com. A premium saxophone lesson library hosting hundreds of videos for people across the globe. This has gone from strength to strength over the past 2 years and continues to grow today. After leaving Education and finishing Performance exams I started my own teaching practice in 2003. Since then I have gained considerable experience in teaching Saxophone, Clarinet and Piano to a plethora of age ranges and abilities. Running my own business has required me to delve into areas in which I had no expertise such as marketing, sales and bookkeeping. Although my business has been growing, I have become increasingly aware of peoples inability to afford music lessons. It was due to this that I decided to launch a website dedicated to providing 100% free music lessons. DanChristian.net was launched, in it's new guise, in 2012 and has grown from strength to strength and now receives a large amount of visitors daily. I am responsible for Filming, Editing and Planning the free courses that I run through DanChristian.net and although at present I only teach Saxophone via video lessons. There are plans afoot to expand to Clarinet and Piano in the near future.
