This project influenced the delivery of contracted social and adult services in support of UK service personnel and their dependents. • Project managed the delivery of a high profile social event for over 400 military and civilian staff with a budget in excess of €50,000. Liaised with key stakeholders to ensure requirements were met and to ensure value for money. Delivered a successful function which exceeded the expectations of participants and elevated the reputation of the organisation. • Reviewed and implemented new systems of financial forecasting and contract management at West Rhine Golf Club (British Army). Project managed asset purchases and ensured the financial viability of the club.

Through communication with other departments, took advantage of organisational wide training opportunities which developed team members and ensured further integration into the organisation as a whole. • Implemented systems to manage travel and subsistence budgets (c£250k per annum) to deliver value for money and ensure accurate reporting to senior management.• Delivered formal reviews, leading to well drafted and considered end of year appraisals which accurately reflected the individual’s ability and assessment of future potential. • Reviewed and implemented systems to ensure that management checks were completed and conducted in depth audits of commercial, public and private accounts. Produced monthly and annual reports for senior managers highlighting the strength of the funds and areas for increased scrutiny as appropriate.
