Nov 2012-Present ABB PS-NAM Huntersville, NCConstruction Site Manager• Hired as Construction Manager with ABB Power Systems North America to assist in the development of their new North American Installation Group. • This group consists of a Project Manager, Installation Manager, and myself as the Construction Site Manager.• Assisted the Project Manager and Installation Manager in developing the groups Safety Plan and Quality Control Plan. This involved determining a training matrix for all members of the group along with creating and implementing Quality Control procedures and forms to be used across multiple projects.• Deployed to Newark, NJ in January 2013 to oversee the $37 million dollar Hess NEC project. This project involved the construction and installation of 2.5 miles of underground Duct Bank, including PTMT sections and a 1300' segment consisting of two 48" diameter HDD runs. We completed the project with the installation of (6) 235kv XLPE HV Cables per segment, (manufactured in our Huntersville, NC plant), the installation of 54 cable splices and (12) terminations originating from the new Hess NEC gas fired power plant to the PSE&G Substation.

• Construction Manager I with Fluor FGG-GES working on firm fixed price USACE multiple award task order contracts. While awaiting deployment in the Greenville office, I provided technical assistance to department leads regarding bids, project execution, risk, planning, and procurement. • Deployed to Gamberi ANA Garrison, Afghanistan in November of 2011 for a 10MW Power Plant Expansion project which included construction of Fluor’s own temporary LSA and the construction of a 5600 ft2 PEB Power Plant with MV distribution throughout the Garrison. • Promoted to Construction Manager II upon commencement of construction activities for the PEB. I oversaw the Afghan sub-contractor responsible for the foundation, and managed Fluor’s own crew of OCN labor to self-perform construction of the PEB. Responsible for ensuring site safety/Zero Incidence program, QA/QC, progress control and identifying/mitigating slippage, review of drawings and inform Project Manager of constructability issues, issue RFI’s, Monitor Sub-Contractors performance and complete Site Surveillance Reports, Review and sign all Sub-Contractor Daily Reports.

 Self employed contractor specializing in commercial and residential concrete/site excavation work such as footers, foundations, flatwork, concrete paving, sidewalks, decorative/stamped concrete, and concrete restoration. Responsible for acquiring all project leads, take-offs, estimating, bid submittal, negotiating and entering contracts, material and equipment scheduling, staffing and supervision of manpower, developing and implementing safety program. Also responsible for accounts payable/receivable, payroll, maintaining insurance compliance, quarterly reports, and job cost tracking. Major contracts competed include: Chesapeake Energy Field Office - Jane Lew, WV (Project consisted of (3) 9000sf steel office buildings with substantial site excavation/grading, shallow foundation reinforcement and spread footers, embedded items, 3000’ of curb, sidewalk, aprons, water tank foundation and pump station. $385K.) Sheetz Gas Station – Bridgeport, WV (Site concrete project consisting of 1100’ curb, 1360sf of stamped (decorative) sidewalk, 24,000sf of heavy duty concrete pavement, light pole bases, pipe bollards, and dumpster pad. Project was constructed during cold weather conditions, within 10’ of existing gas station which had to remain in operation during construction requiring a very strict and aggressive construction schedule. $183K.)  Weatherford Vertical Lift Systems – Buckhannon, WV (Reinforced Footer and Slab on Grade with rebar mat for two 6500sf buildings. Both slabs poured, laser screeded, and finished the same day. 29K.) DLC Milan Strip Mall – Elkins, WV (30,000sf slab on grade, laser screeded and placed with tele-belt. One day pour. $34.5K) Rite Aid Pharmacy – Buckhannon, WV (13,500sf slab on grade, laser screeded and machine trowel finish to tolerance of FF50/FL40. $17K)
