I currently provide a 360 recruitment service, focusing on candidate and client management, my day to day activity is to facilitate opportunities for both candidates and clients to work together. I took on many tasks while working as a Consultant for NRL in Wigan, as I was new to the industry I started from the very bottom where I was trained in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, eventually becoming a 360 consultant specialising in permanent and contract recruitment in the nuclear sector.

This was the first year of a ski company in Switzerland which targeted top end clients providing very luxurious chalets and a five star hotel. The job was very demanding and as a diver I had to be very flexible as my job ranged from driving clients to cleaning chalets to pot washing or acting as night porter. The nature of this job required a friendly, positive and professional employee who is willing to go the extra mile and have a ‘nothing is too much’ attitude towards the clients.

This was a new restaurant local to me which I worked for a short period to fund my travels.

Leeds

This role requires a high level of interpersonal skills as I am at stages often responsible for up to 8 members of staff. It is my responsibility whilst working as Head Barman to ensure that best practice is maintained by all members of staff as well as raising awareness of the ‘Triibe’ brand throughout the Yorkshire district. This is a role that I find challenging yet one which is ultimately highly rewarding.

South Lakes

During the summer I worked for 12 weeks for a local company named Beelocal. My role as Promotional Marketing co-coordinator required me to regularly attend shows and meetings. I also worked closely with the graphic designer as we both had been briefed with developing creative and innovative ways to promote the business. I spent 6 weeks driving all around the Lake District in large refrigerated vans.
